Today, tomorrow and yesterday, everyone is just as scared as you! So don't worry if you don't know what you're doing right now or what's coming next, they all feel it too!

We have moments of clarity, bursts of energy and periods of enthusiasm, but after its depleted we always come back to the basics of our own private inner dialogue, that asks us what we're doing, why and who for. And that's a good thing! You never want to lose touch with that truthful inner dialogue.

It can be tempting to run from quietness and truth at times, especially when those moments reveal anything we perceive as weak. But 'weakness' is what? Vulnerability? Raw honesty? Indecisiveness? Isn't an openness to that, actually strength? That strength in itself could be the very thing to push you through in times when you feel scared.

When you're afraid, see it as an opportunity to grow and learn more about your true self and real needs, not the self that pleases others and not the needs that aren't your own.

Even though 'everyone' except you appears to be confident on those days when you're unsure, you can be sure that they too have their own quiet voices to contend with, now and again, about what tomorrow will bring, if they're living life to the full and everything else you think about too!

So, no matter what. Times that feel scary, will pass. But while you feel it, just take comfort in the fact that you're not alone with the feeling - the rest of the world feels it to.

I guess you can say together, we are alone.
